It's finally over! All the papers have been signed and sent to the proper authorities. We now have 90 days to get our "new" 1974 Morgan 33 Out Island sailing vessel out of Florida.
First, however, we have to take care of some major repairs. Our surveyor felt that the issues with corrosion of the drive shaft and propeller were serious enough to warrant a position in the "A" list of necessary repairs, and Boat US wants to know what we're going to do about them.
Well, what we'er going to do about them is get them fixed. Tomorrow. For tonight, we have to make the boat habitable. We don't have a hotel room, and it's late, so we're going to spend the night afloat.
