you just have to expect. It's now been over a week since I put in a query with the broker, about the Downeaster in SC, and I haven't heard anything from her. Not one word. I actually sent in the query twice, about two days apart, thinking that maybe something happened to the first one, but still with no results.
It's hard for me to visualize how someone, whose business is selling, could think that good customer relations doesn't involve answering queries. They provided the email information for that purpose, and you would think that they'd be interested in responding to queries submitted that way. I even gave them my real email address, phone number and name.
Even if they had closed the office for a vacation or something, there are autoresponder options, with which they could let prospects know what's going on, but that apparently didn't occur to them. I'm sitting here with money in hand, ready to check out their product, and buy, if it meets my needs... but nobody cares.
Business must be a helluva lot better for them than it is for most folks right now.
It's going to be alright, though. There's another one that I plan to look at on my way to Florida, after Christmas... and that broker called me back the same day I sent my query!
